AL-TATHWIB IN THE DAWN ADHAN
It is established from several hadiths regarding al-tathwib (التثويب), which is the call اَلصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْم (prayer is better than sleep) in the Dawn adhan. The Perlis Fatwa prefers that it be proclaimed in the dawn adhan (the second adhan) which is the adhan called after the rising of true dawn (fajar Sadiq).
