RULING AND GUIDELINES FOR NON-MUSLIMS ENTERING MOSQUES
It is permissible for non-Muslims to enter mosques for matters permitted by Islamic law. Non-Muslims who are permitted to enter mosques are required to comply with the following regulations:
1. Having a legitimate interest (maslahah) permitted by Islamic law, such as learning about religious matters or life affairs that are allowed.
2. Wearing decent attire appropriate for the mosque or clothing provided by the mosque administration.
3. Not compromise the cleanliness of the mosque.
4. Not disturbing Muslims who are worshipping.
Muslims must exemplify good conduct as a form of da'wah to the beauty of Islam and facilitate non-Muslims' approach to Islam.
