DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT FOR THE MUSEUM OF THE FOUR MADHHABS
The Perlis State Fatwa Committee agrees with the proposal to develop the Museum of the Four Schools of Fiqh in the State of Perlis using zakat funds from MAIPs through the fisabilillah asnaf category. It is intended for education and da'wah related to the breadth of the treasury of knowledge in the Islamic world, particularly in terms of the four authoritative schools, namely the Hanafi School, the Maliki School, the Shafi'i School, and the Hanbali School. It also takes into account several criteria as follows:
a) The construction process of this museum shall be implemented through open tender, complying with existing financial regulations managed by MAIPs through the Pricing and Technical Procurement Committee.
b) The Perlis State Fatwa Committee acts as the Concept & Content Committee and under it is the Small Committee for Review & Screening of Museum Content.
