FATWA ON THE OBLIGATION OF JIHAD AGAINST THE GENOCIDE OF THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE
In the situation where the Muslims in Palestine, particularly in Gaza, are being killed on a massive scale (genocide) by the Zionist Israeli regime, it becomes an obligation upon the governments of the Muslim ummah to undertake the following:
1. To facilitate and enable Muslims to defend and protect Palestine.
2. The neighbouring states are obliged to assist and to facilitate all forms of aid to the people of Palestine in order to defend and protect them.
3. It is an obligation upon the governments of Muslims to cooperate in defending the Muslims with all capabilities at their disposal, including military assistance and the provision of weaponry.
