Proposal To Include Several Clauses For The Purpose Of Exempting Certain Groups From The Fatwa On Shi'a Teachings And Ideology

PROPOSAL TO INCLUDE SEVERAL CLAUSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXEMPTING CERTAIN GROUPS FROM THE FATWA ON SHI'A TEACHINGS AND IDEOLOGY
The gazetted Fatwa on Shi'a Teachings and Ideology does not bind any groups as follows:
a) Individuals of Shi'a ideology from outside the Country to continue holding and performing Shi'a ritual worship that is not conducted in public places, and not with an indication of propagating it, and not involving local citizens.
b) Individuals of Ahl Al-Sunnah Wa Al-Jama'ah who study, learn, and provide explanations regarding Shi'a and all issues related to it for academic purposes.
c) Individuals of Ahl Al-Sunnah Wa Al-Jama'ah who purchase, possess, and keep primary or secondary sources in the form of books, audio recordings, films, articles, magazines, or any documents/publications for the purpose of academic study and learning.
