28 July 2024 - Sheikh Abdullah Al-Suedi had visited Perlis from July 26 to 28, 2024, in an event organized by the Perlis Mufti Department, Perlis University Islamic College (Kuips) and Perlis Centre of Wisdom, with the main sponsorship provided by the Perlis Islamic Religious and Malay Custom Council.
During his visit, Sheikh Abdullah conducted a series of lectures across Perlis, including a public lecture titled "Can Artificial Intelligence Help Muslims?" at Perlis University Islamic College (KUIPs).
He also delivered a Dhuha lecture titled "Are There Any Doubts on the Existence of Allah?" and the Friday sermon at Masjid Alwi, Kangar, titled "Fortifying Faith in the Age of Faithlessness," addressing on how to strengthen one’s faith in contemporary times.
Additionally, he also gave a Maghrib lecture at Masjid Tuanku Syed Putra on "Living as a Muslim in Scandinavia," offering insights on maintaining Islamic practices in a different cultural context.
The visit was met with great enthusiasm and had provided valuable spiritual and intellectual engagement for the Perlis' community.
